Paragan Veterinary Referrals
Small Animal Referrals Centre, Wakefield.
Conversion of existing 2100m² commercial unit to create a state-of-the-art Small Animal Referral Centre in Yorkshire for Linnaeus Group. The new centre includes specialist multidisciplinary treatments, with 8 consulting rooms, 5 operating theatres, intensive care and Imaging department.
Evelina Children Hospital
Reef Theatres
Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital
Convert existing basement storage to create 2 Modular Theatres with recovery wards and supports areas.
A & E Expansion
The Hillingdon Hospital Foundation Trust.
Expansion to existing A & E Department with Modular Construction method. It include phasing to relocate existing UCC and extend existing Major Department with new nurse base, a mental health room, Isolation Rooms, Treatments Rooms, Clean & Dirty Utilities, and curtained cubicles.
Paediatric Ward Extension
The Hillingdon Hospital Foundation Trust
Single storey extension to Paediatric Ward to create 4 private rooms including a High Dependency Unit and a Critical Level 3 Room. The extension is surrounded with bespoke landscaped area to promote a calm environment for the patients.
Dementia Research Institute
Cruciform Building, University College London.
Refurbishment of existing Grade II listed building to create interim research lab for Dementia Research Institute
Mount Vernon Treatment Centre
The Hillingdon Hospital Foundation Trust.
Creation of new Cancer treatment at Mount Vernon Hospital to provide 14 consulting rooms, audiology rooms, visual acuity and field testing rooms, treatment rooms, 4 operating theatres, recovery ward, and support facilities.
Translation & Innovation Hub
Thinkspace, Imperial College London.
Fully fitted shell and core with wet lab provision for private leasing in White City Campus. It provides the facilities and co-location services for companies looking to collaborate with Imperial's leading researchers and access London's vibrant scientific and technology communities.
GMP Lab
Kathleen Lonsdale Building,
University College London.
New GMP facility as part of the major refurbishment of Kathleen Londsdale Building. It was designed for production of PET Tracers for imaging of patients at UCLH, Insitute of Nuclear Medicine and Cancer Institute.
